All prices on the Gill North America Website are in US Dollars

The ‘stock’ status shown for products in our web store is correct to the best of our knowledge at any given time.

Only items that are in stock can be added to your shopping cart/order.

Items that are not in stock (indicated OUT OF STOCK) cannot be added to your shopping cart/order.

The Gill NA web store cannot accept/process back orders.

You can set up an account with the Gill NA web store to save time on checkout process for subsequent orders.

Your account will remember your shipping address details and other useful information. You can edit your account details when required.


***Please note that all orders over $99 will receive free ground shipping through December 31, 2017.***

We only accept orders to a US shipping/delivery address in the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

We do not accept international orders or credit cards including orders to Canada. No shipping to PR or USVI at this time.

Gill NA will ship your order from Buford GA UPS (United Parcel Service).

We ship to addresses throughout the Contiguous United States. Your ship to address must include a complete street address. UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. Most in stock orders received before 12:00PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM EST or a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please be aware the UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. At checkout, you can upgrade service from UPS Ground (which is the default choice) to 2nd day or overnight air service.

State Sales Tax

Gill has sales offices in GA.

We have independent sales reps located in Washington , California , Florida , Pennsylvania , Michigan, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

We are required to charge sales tax for any items shipped to locations within these states.


We want you to be totally satisfied with your new Gill product.  You can return any unwanted current item, within 30 days of purchase  for a full refund or exchange. The item must be the original condition in which it was supplied. Original packaging and hang tags supplied Gill must be intact. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for any credit to appear to your credit card statement.

For current and regularly priced items, please submit your request for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of the original transaction.

We suggest that you send the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and request a signature upon delivery. Please make sure that the shipping is prepaid and the package is insured for full replacement value. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.


It is helpful to include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

If you are returning the item(s) for exchange, please note the item(s) that you would like in return. The price difference and the new shipping charges will be applied to the credit card that is referenced on your return notice. You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging)

The turnaround time for returns and exchanges is approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive your package. All exchanges are processed to ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.


Damaged Product:

If part or all of your shipment was damaged in transit, please call us immediately at 770-945-0564.  Do not discard the package or packaging materials.
