Marketing
Industry and Market Overview: Women need help on a daily basis to look
good; their best. Marketing efforts are focusing on zone 18 now.
Current customer base and future customer acquisition campaign: Doris has a current repeat customer base. From here, she plans on organically growing the base of clients by networking through church members into zone 11 (through her new employee who lives there) and through special event campaigns like weddings etc.
Competition: Marketing research study in zone 18; visited
competitors and studied their strengths and vulnerabilities. She has positioned
her pricing between the target market highs and lows (see chart below).
Le Glamour believes she and her team can deliver a superior customer experience.
When Le Glamour visited competitive sites in target markets where they were not greeted courteously, employees seemed unfriendly and the focus was on economic value communicated by gaudy pricing banners.
Pricing and Distribution
Promotion: Zone 11, 14 in the future. Two potential employees live currently in target zones. Flyers and billboards, staff who lives in target zones. Would target church members from target zones and offer attractive prices.
Le Glamour Value Proposition: Offer a gracious, courteous greeting to being the customer experience. Next, insure they are full satisfied. Accomplish this by persistent staff training and hiring only Christian experienced cosmeticians. Fortify this approach by surveying initial customers and offering a return customer program.
